Consume green vegetables, chicken, fish and milk and of course sufficient water that are good for your health. Even exercise and yoga also bring good result. They help in circulating blood in the scalp and the lack of which resulted in dandruff. Also brushing your hair gently on a regular basis also will help in circulation and that will enhance healthy hair. For those who are suffering from oily flakes should rinse their hair with vinegar and then washed your hair with the prescribed shampoo and then again rinse your hair with fresh water mixed with two tablespoons of malt Vinegar in it. Then dry your hair with towel. And if it is the case of dry and white flakes then give your hair hot oil treatment that consist of equal quantity say 1 teaspoon each of three different oil namely castor oil, coconut oil and mole oil all taken and is heated that is followed with massaging the mixture on the scalp and leaving for nearly half an hour and then it is washed away with a prescribed shampoo followed by drying.
